Review Outstanding Markdowns

The Review Outstanding Markdowns report allows a store to view markdowns which have been scheduled to take affect at a specific date in the future. Its purpose is to enable the store to identify styles affected by the markdown and to mark down their shelf lables. Typically the store accesses this report through the Store Requests Report on the home page of their portal. The user can confirm the markdown is processed and the Request will dissappear from the Store Requests Report.

Criteria Form

While the store will access this report using the Store Requests Report on their portal home page, head office can use this criteria form to generate this report manually.

Enter the store to view. To view markdowns that have been processed, check the Include Processed check box. Once checked, you must select the date range within which to show all requests. To only show outstanding requests, leave this check box un-checked.

Reports

Level 1 Report – Review Outstanding Markdown


The level 1 reports column data is calculated as follows.

 

Column Description
Name This column shows the description of the Markdown Group.
Effective Date This is the date where the committed markdown should go live.
Styles Affected This column shows the count of styles which the markdown should affect.
Status This column shows the status of the markdown.

Level 2 Report – Review Outstanding Markdowns


The Level 2 report is displayed by clicking the ID link on Level 1 report. It shows all styles on the markdown where the store has current stock. Specific columns are as follows: -

Column Description
Cls Stk Qty This is the current stock, usually as at last night.
Retail This column shows the current sales price of the style.
MD Retail This column shows the markdown price of the style


Custom Terminology

Many report columns use custom terminology. When the terminology is changed the column headers of all report columns that use that terminology also change.
